About Swift Scan: Quick QR Reader: The Application helps users scan QR codes and barcodes, read supported code content, scan from selected images where available, use light support in darker environments, and review scan history. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information while you use the Application.
This privacy policy applies to the Swift Scan: Quick QR Reader app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by RECHARLA ENGINEERING SERVICES (OPC) PVT LTD. (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not gather precise location information from your mobile device unless a future feature clearly requests it and you grant permission.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to respond to support requests, provide important notices, improve scanner accuracy and reliability, prevent abuse, analyze product performance, and maintain the Application.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.
You can also opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. For Android devices, you can reset or manage your advertising identifier in Google or Android privacy settings where supported.
To manage app permissions, including camera access for QR and barcode scanning, visit your device's Settings > Apps > Swift Scan: Quick QR Reader > Permissions.
The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Local scan history or saved results remain on your device until you delete them, clear Application storage, or uninstall the Application.
Anonymous or aggregated usage and diagnostic data may be retained for up to 24 months to help improve performance, reliability, ad quality, and service operation. If you would like the Service Provider to delete user-provided data that you have supplied through support channels, please contact [email protected] and we will respond in a reasonable time, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, and operational retention needs.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will delete this from their servers when reasonably possible.
